Bell bolsters team with quartet of new signings

Thursday, July 19th, 2007

Bell Equipment UK has appointed four new ADT experts to strengthen its customer sales and support team.
The move reinforces Bell’s primary focus of providing customers with a complete 360-degree service which extends far beyond mere truck sales.
Josh Foster has been drafted in from Bell’s South African operations to provide additional technical, strategic and managerial support to the UK sales team, while Andy Foster (no relation), who has an extensive background as a field service engineer, has been appointed as Bell’s new regional sales manager in the north-east of England.
Bell UK’s managing director Neville Paynter has also appointed Graham Ward to the newly created role of after sales manager. His role has overall responsibility for managing Bell’s customer support teams, which include consistent service excellence provided through Bell’s field engineering support.
Finally, Tom Lundy has been appointed as Bell’s new ADT demonstrator. Tom has a wealth of experience as an instructor and operator of many types of heavy plant. His previous roles have also included demonstrating the Rapier air defence missile system to potential international buyers while serving with the RAF.
Mr Paynter said: “This latest recruitment drive follows the appointment of a number of other individuals over the past few months – many to completely new roles. Our aim is to provide the right resources to enhance our customer focus and at the same time increase our customer base.
“This has been a deliberate effort to show Bell’s potential and existing customers that we are completely serious about our claim of being able to offer the very best holistic service in the industry today.
“As a result of Bell’s reputation for good customer service and support, we have been able to attract the very highest calibre people to these roles. I’m delighted with the contribution each one of them has made so far and I’m confident that it marks another major step forward for Bell in the UK.”
