Health and Safety First at Brammer

Brammer, UK distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul components (MRO) has achieved the coveted Health and Safety certification OHSAS 18001.
Assessors from the United Registrar of Systems (URS) awarded Brammer the safety certification OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series), following an intensive examination of the company’s health and safety policies and practices at its flagship National Distribution Centre (NDC) in the West Midlands.
David Rigg, Managing Director of the URS, presented the OHSAS 18001 certification congratulated Brammer. He said: “Health and safety is not a one-off it’s something you have to do 24 hours-a-day, and I’m delighted to say that Brammer is among the finest exponents of all that is good about health and safety.”
Ian Ritchie, Managing Director of Brammer, said: “This is the third accreditation we have achieved in the past 18 months and completes the core requirements expected by many of our customers.
