Lithic Metals and Energy Limited announce the appointment of David Ian Rawlinson as Non-Executive Director and Chairman with immediate effect.
Mr Rawlinson replaces Mr Jeremy Wrathall who resigns as a director and chairman of the Company, with immediate effect.
David Ian Rawlinson, aged 49, has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment, gained principally with Lazard Brothers, Robert Fleming and Fleming Family & Partners. Since 2000 he has been involved in the establishment of a number of new businesses, with a focus on financial services and on investment in the natural resources sector. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1981.
Commenting on the appointment, Lithic’s Managing Director, Jim Kerr said, “On behalf of the Board I am delighted to welcome Iain Rawlinson to the Company. Representing the Company in London, Iain brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and investment advice in the natural resources sectors and, in particular in emerging markets in Africa.
