The project is a key project for the national revitalization of the northeast old industrial base. The design team of the Mining and Metallurgical Group did not follow the traditional copper smelting process of Jilin Zijin Copper Industry, but chose the challenging “side blowing furnace smelting-bottom blowing furnace blowing-anode furnace refining full hot three continuous furnace continuous copper smelting process”. This process is the first time in the world, and it is very difficult to imagine. During the design period, the designers discussed, modified and optimized various design schemes for many times, and completed the owner’s design requirements with high quality to ensure the smooth development of the construction.
The continuous copper smelting process of full hot triple furnace adopted in this project not only solves the problems of energy consumption, environmental protection and safety in the process of high temperature matte and crude copper melt, but also saves investment and energy saving and emission reduction, and provides a new green smelting model project for the copper industry.
