The Cabinet of Ministers plans creation of the logistical center with belt conveyor to improve transportation of coal for export.
The project is aimed to increase effectiveness of coal exports, reduce transport costs and minimize environmental impact.
The logistical center will be built under the memorandum between the Xinjiang Dacheng Yuanlong Technology Co. LTD and Kyrgyz Coal State Enterprise.
Creation of two conveyor systems is planned: one 7 km-long conveyor system on the border with China and another 157-km-long conveyor system connecting the coal field in Chon Alay district with the logistical center.
The coal center will be built in cooperation with Shaanxi Coal Investment Group on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border near Kyzyl-Kiya checkpoint.
