ASX-listed Sunstone has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Finland lithium project, including the Kietyönmäki lithium occurrence, to CSE-listed United Lithium.
This follows a letter of intent that was signed in May.
Sunstone will receive C$240 000 in cash and C$420 000 worth of shares in United Lithium, which converts to about A$920 000 in value.
The disposal would give Sunstone additional cash for its Ecuador gold/copper exploration campaign, said Sunstone MD Malcolm Norris.
United Lithium also holds the Bergby lithium deposit, in Sweden.
