Junior Austral Resources has resumed drilling and blasting activities in Queensland over the weekend, after suspending operations following heavy rainfall.

The ASX-listed copper miner said that 134 t of copper cathode was dispatched from the site over the weekend, with critical supply deliveries to the site resuming.

The miner has warned, however, that the rain event has caused some dilution to the pregnant leach solution, which will also impact the performance of the rectiformer in the short term and could result in a mine production impact in the short term.
